“About 20 prisoners fled, presumably, these are IG militants,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
According to him, in prison in the area of the city of Raju, about 2 thousand people are contained near the Turkish border, of which 1.3 thousand can be militants of ISIS.
After the earthquake, as a result of which the building was damaged, the prisoners raised a rebellion and captured part of the prison.
