The program of one -time payments, implemented as the continuation of the special care of President Ilham Aliyev about the disabled of the First Karabakh war, continues successfully. The program applies to persons with disabilities in connection with physical injuries received in military service until the date of adoption of the law on insurance of military personnel is August 2, 1997.
