Istanbul Discussed Conduct Of 60th Presidential Cycling Of Turkey

In Istanbul, an introductory meeting was held related to the 60th Presidential Bicycle of Turkey (TUR – 2025).

The organizer of the meeting that was held at the Ataturk Cultural Center was the Turkish cycling Federation.

Speaking at the event, the head of the Turkish cycling Federation Emin Muftuooglu said that the Presidential Cycle Clinics this year celebrated his 60th anniversary.

”This organization, which has been leading positions in the ratings of the International Cyclists Union (UCI) since 2008, is gaining momentum under the auspices of our President Recep Tayyip Erdogan every year. The history of Turkish cycling has exceeded 100 years. Over the 60 years, we have traveled a long journey in the presidential cyclingure of Turkey, which began with the dreams of the president of our thalest Talata of Talata Tunalpa in the 60s, ”he said.

The head of the Federation noted that today Turkish cycling is undergoing a change of change.

“We continue to train cyclists in the best way in accordance with our goal – participation in the 2028 Olympics. Turkish cycling, who gained momentum thanks to the world successes of stars, such as Akhmet Orken, and young athletes such as Ramazan Yilmaz, strengthen our hopes for the future,” Myuftuoglu said.

The head of the Federation emphasized that the presidential cycling is not just a race, but a very significant organization from the point of view of promoting Turkey and sports tourism.

“Athletes and technical teams who come to our country leave here are satisfied and tell the whole world about our country. We have completed preparations for a giant event in all our provinces from Antalya to Izmir,” said Muftuoglu. The event will be broadcast in 13 languages ​​in 190 countries on 5 continents, ”he added.

In the 60th Presidential Tour of Turkey, the only bike row of the Proseries category in Turkey, included in the calendar of the European tour of the International Cypendist Union (UCI), 23 teams from 13 countries will take part.

This year, teams from the USA, Germany, Belgium, China, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Norway, Poland and Turkey will take part in the Turkish presidential cyclingure.

The race starts on Sunday, April 27, in Antalya and ends on Sunday, May 4, in Izmir. The winner of a cycle of 1153 kilometers will become the owner of a turquoise T -shirt.
