In Istanbul on Thursday, June 6, the VI festival of culture of ethno -sports starts.
The event, the organizer of which in the sixth time is the World Ethnosport Confederation, will be held at the Ataturka Airport. The purpose of the festival is the revival of traditional sports and games. The festival will last until June 9 and representatives from 30 countries of the world will take part in it.
Participants in the festival will be introduced to the traditions of various peoples, national cuisine, crafts. All kinds of master classes are also provided. Visitors will be able to take part in various events on a free basis.
The program of the festival includes events that will cause interest among visitors to all age groups. Among them are horse -sports and wrestling performances, stage performances and concerts, performances of riders and archers.
A special program is also provided for children and persons with disabilities.
In addition, the scope of the Karabakh horses will be held within the framework of the festival, which will give guests of the event an unforgettable impressions.
A photo contest will also be held within the framework of the event, the organizer of which is the World Ethnosport Confederation, in collaboration with the Federation of photographic art of Turkey. All events taking place on the festival site will fall to the lenses of cameras of the photo contest participants.
