Istanbul Airport is recognized as the most loaded airport in Europe with an average number of 1318 daily flights from November 18 to 24.
The “European Aviation Report” of the European Air Navigation Organization (Eurocontrol) was published for November 18-24.
According to the report, Istanbul airport took first place among the most busy airports in Europe with an average of 1318 daily flights for this period.
The Istanbul airport is followed by London Khitrovo with 1243 daily flights, Amsterdam Schiphol with 1240 flights and Frankfurt with 1151 flights.
Sabiha Gokchen airport took 10th place with 648 daily flights.
