Testing the IATA Travel Pass mobile application testing, allowing to simplify travel during the pandemic period, is extended until September 20, 2021.
Digital Travel Pass, installed on smartphones and containing all the information necessary for the flight information about the health of the passenger, allows you to simplify the pre-flight formalities. Currently, the passengers of the following flights Azal and Buta Airways:
• Azal – Baku Istanbul Baku (GYD-IST-GYD)
• Azal – Baku-Moscow-Baku (GYD-DME-GYD)
• Buta Airways – Baku Istanbul-Baku (GYD-SAW-GYD)
• Buta Airways – Baku-Zhukovsky Baku (GYD-ZIA-GYD)
Application services will be available for all passengers departing from Azerbaijan by these flights, and for citizens of Azerbaijan arriving in the country.
Passengers who provided a digital passport through the IATA Travel Pass application will be served in priority at the reception, and will also be able to use the services of a priority passage of border control (Fast Track) to arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
As bonuses for using IATA Travel Pass, each participant of the Azal Miles bonus program, which will take part in testing an application on Azal and Buta Airways flights, will be accrued with additional 250 bonus miles.
In addition, passengers flying out of Baku will receive a discount on PCR testing in clinics and laboratories that connected to Travel Pass.
