In Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan, from November 18 to 22, Italian cuisine is held.
According to the news agency, Turkmenportal, the Italian Embassy in Turkmenistan will hold a number of gastronomic events, marked by the 9th week of Italian cuisine, which will take place around the world on the theme of “cuisine of sources.”
In the framework of the event, famous Italian chefs Anna Maria Palma, Andrea Palmieri and Marco de Vita, who will conduct exclusive master classes for professional cooks of Turkmenistan, arrived.
During master classes, local cooks will be given the opportunity to delve into the subtleties of Italian cuisine.
In addition, a series of specialized dinners will allow invited guests to get acquainted with the authentic tastes of Italy. A variety of regional dishes will be presented here, which are symbols of the culture of Italian cuisine.
In particular, as part of the event in the metropolitan restaurant Dante, a master class was held from famous Italian chefs.
The masters of culinary art from Italy presented to the public a step -by -step process of preparing three sauces, the color of which is identical to the tricolor of the national Italian flag: pesto (green), Behamel (white) and tomato (red).
