Giuseppe Paterno, who is 98 years old, received the degree of the master of the history and philosophy of the University of Palermo, reports ANSA.
Paterno is not going to relax and wants to write a novel on a typewriter.
Giuseppe Paterno was born in 1923, grew up in a poor family in Sicily, and, despite his love for books and training, in his youth could not enter the university. Instead, he served in the Navy during the Second World War from the age of 20, and then became a railwayman. In 1984 he retired, since then he has not stopped reading and studying.
