The suspect for belonging to the terrorist organization of the RSC is arrested in Italy and taken to Genmania.
The statement of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office says that Selahattin K., in respect of which the European arrest warrant was issued on February 14, was arrested in Italy on June 12th.
Selahattin K. on August 16 was extracted to Germany and detained at Frankfurt Airport.
August 17, the suspect was taken into custody on charges of belonging to the terrorist organization of the RSC.
According to the information of the judicial authorities, Selahattin K. was in the ranks of the RSC from January 2014 to July 2015 and was the so -called responsible for two regions in Germany. He coordinated the organizational, recruiting and propaganda activities of a terrorist organization in Germany.
