Consumer confidence index in Turkey in January 2023 increased by 3.9 percent compared to the previous month – up to 80.4 points. Such data are given by the Institute of Statistics of Turkey (Tüi̇k).
All subindexs demonstrated growth in January. At the same time, the financial situation of households improved the most – by 6 percent compared to December.
The expectation index for the financial provision of households over the next 12 months increased by 4.5 percent, costs of long -term goods – by 3.6 percent.
The waiting index relative to the general economic situation over the next 12 months in January increased by 1.8 percent in monthly calculation.
