According to him, immediately after the end of the Second Karabakh war, Azerbaijan proposed a work on a peace treaty.
“Official Baku invited Yerevan to normalize relations and restore transport communications, thereby getting a long -term world in the region,” said Minister Bayramov.
The head of the department recalled that under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev in 2020, Azerbaijani lands were released after 30 years of occupation and emphasized that Azerbaijan should look into the future, not forget the story and openly talk about crimes committed in the 30-year period of occupation in these territories.
