British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and French President Emmanuel Macron on Sunday, during the meeting, agreed to intensify efforts to supply military assistance to Ukraine, Interfax reports.
“Prime Minister Johnson and President Macron emphasized the need to support Ukraine to strengthen it. Macron welcomed the continued military support of Ukraine by the prime minister, the leaders agreed to intensify this work,” the press release widespread by the office of Johnson.
In addition, the leaders agreed to continue and strengthen the close cooperation of London and Paris in areas such as defense and security.
Note that the meeting of Johnson and Macron took place on the fields of the G7 summit, which takes place on June 26-28 in Bavaria.
