As previously reported, the court changed the measure of the preventive to the former head of Ager Shadi Muradov, accused of assigning 22 million manat, and freed him from custody.
In response to the request of Haqqin.az in this connection, the judge speaker of the Baku Court for grave crimes, where the Muradov case is considered, Afgan Hajiyev said that, given that the accused for official crimes under the following articles of Azerbaijan: . 79.4 (assignment or waste committed with the causation of particularly large damage), 213.3 (tax evasion in particularly large amounts), 308.2 (abuse of official authority, entailed grave consequences), 313 (official forge) Viddi Muradov oncological disease and it needs treatment, preventive measure in the form of arrest was changed to prevent “Finding under the control of the police”.
Change the preventive measure does not exempt Viddi Muradov from responsibility and does not affect the nature of the case. The Muradov criminal case will be considered by the court in accordance with the requirements of criminal procedure legislation, stressed the judge.
