The Turkish defense company Altınay Savunma Teknolojiler Aivers successfully implemented many significant projects, developing critical technologies for the defense industry.
To date, the enterprise has developed about 10 million engineering hours.
In accordance with the contract signed by Altınay Savunma Teknolojiler Aivers with the Turkish State Aerospace Company Türk Havacılık Ve Uzay Sanayii (Tusaş), as part of the project of creating a Turkish fifth generation of Kaan, the development of the serial reset of the Salan ammunition.
In an interview with an ANADOLA agency, Chairman of the Board of Directors Altınay Savunma Teknolojaleri Aş noted that through a new project the company he head hopes to develop a domestic defense industry and defense systems with high export potential.
According to him, the Salan system is highly reliable and high speed of exit, ease of use and the possibility of quick commissioning.
Salan is equipped with a technology that allows the controlled discharge of modern aviation bombs with pneumatic thrust.
The system is planned to integrate about 250 aircraft that Tusaş intends to transfer the Air Force of Turkey.
It is assumed that a system that is increasingly used around the world will become an important article of the defense export of Turkey.
