“The city is liberated. Residents can breathe calmly. From now on, nothing more threatens them,” the head of Chechnya wrote.

Kadyrov noted that it was originally planned to take Severodonetsk in a week, but today he “made adjustments and put the task of taking the city under the control of three days.” As a result, according to Kadyrov, “the fighters coped even faster – in three hours.”
