The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov spoke out on a situation that developed in the Kharkov region of Ukraine, in particular in the Izyum direction, Russian media reports.
According to Kadyrov, he is “not a strategist, like in the Ministry of Defense, but mistakes were made”, however, as the head of Chechnya believes, the command will draw conclusions. “If today and tomorrow there are no changes in the strategy of conducting a special military operation, I will have to go to the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, the country’s leadership, to explain to them the situation that really takes place on Earth. It is very interesting, awesome, I would say.”
At the same time, Kadyrov thanked the Russian Ministry of Defense for clarifications on the departure of Balaklia, Kupyansk and Raisins, but indicated that soon the Russian military would return control over lost positions.
The head of Chechnya claims that the abandonment of positions in the Kharkov region of Ukraine was a forced measure to preserve the lives of personnel, but “this means absolutely nothing.” “I, Ramzan Kazirov, officially declare to you that all these cities will be returned back. Our people are already located there, the guys are specially prepared for this work, another 10 thousand fighters are ready to leave, and we will reach Odessa in the near future … You will see specific results, ”Kadyrov said.
Kadyrov assures that “Russia will win. The NATO weapon will be crushed by the spirit of our fighters. Hands and legs are already trembling from our appearance.”
Earlier on Saturday, Ramzan Kadyrov said that Russian troops have been conducting an offensive in Soledar for several days, and “conversations about retreat and the like – complete nonsense.” According to him, at night the Russian military “entered into a dense clashes with the enemy,” who failed to keep their positions. He also said that in the Soledar direction, allegedly “from the enemy, no initiative and activity.”
Recall, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky. Speaking on September 10, with the appeal, he said that since the beginning of September, the Armed Forces of Ukraine had liberated about 2 thousand square kilometers of the territory that was captured by Russia.
