Kapital Bank improved the conditions of a mortgage loan issued to the owners of land for the construction of an individual residential building. A loan is now provided at a rate of 7% per annum for up to 250 thousand manat and up to 20 years.
Land of development must have a document confirming the right of ownership, i.e. discharge. An individual living area, apartment, cottage or non -residential premises in the name of any person should be provided as security.
