In particular, members of the Armenian illegal formations in Karabakh, even on vacation, were ordered to participate in a rally in civilian clothes and together with family members. Ordinary Armenians living in Karabakh are forcibly summoned to the rally with the whole family. Many warn that participation in the rally is required. Armenians working in various fields are given instructions to participate in a rally in civilian clothes, in particular, to employees of “law enforcement agencies”. Teachers and doctors warned about dismissal if they did not appear for a rally. Young people threatened their studies if they do not take part in the action, there will be problems.
Buses for the delivery of the population of surrounding villages for a rally in Hankendi are also allocated. Each participant is promised to 30-40 dollars, free Internet packages are issued for shooting a promotion.
Note that already the 14th day, as representatives of non-governmental organizations of Azerbaijan, they hold a rally of protest against the admission of Azerbaijani specialists to the territory for monitoring the situation on the illegal exploitation of Azerbaijani deposits at the post of Russian peacekeepers.
