“July 4, 2023, an agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the demarcation of the Kazakh-Uzbek state border entered into force. The contract was signed on December 2, 2022 in Tashkent by the chapters of two states and ratified by the parliaments of both countries. The entry into force of this agreement means The full completion of the 19 -year process of demarcation of the state border between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, ”said Smadiyarov at a briefing.
