The official authorities of Kazakhstan are not related to the installation of yurts of indestructibility in the Ukrainian city of Buch. According to the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Aibek Smadiyarov, the construction of the yurts was financed by Kazakh patrons.
“The embassy did not participate, this is the initiative of only private Kazakhstani companies,” the Russian media quoted him.
Smadiyarov added that the state can “neither comment nor prohibit” this private initiative.
Earlier, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Maria Zakharova, said that Moscow received Astana’s assurances, that the republic is not related to the installation of a yurt in Buch. “They drew the attention of the official representatives of Kazakhstan to the reports that appeared on the Internet. We were assured that the information replicated in some media is not true, and the republic’s authorities have nothing to do with it. There are no reasons to trust close partners,” the Russian Foreign Ministry publishes the official website of the Russian Foreign Ministry Zakharova comment on this topic.
At the same time, Zakharova noted that she would be “very desirable” of the official commentary of the Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs on this topic in order to “put an end to speculations.”
