The daughter of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyeva Said Mirziyeva announced an intelligence show that will take place in Astana for the first time.
“Zakovat” will be held on August 5 at the Presidential Center for Culture, reports the Kazinform agency with reference to the social networks of the Assistant of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
International Intellectual Movement “Zakovat” for the first time arranges games in Astana.
In 2022, Kazakhstan won the Zakovat Intellectual Games Cup in Uzbekistan. In the second game, experts from Kazakhstan won with a score of 4: 2. The last decisive duel ended in the victory of Kazakhstanis with a score of 5: 2.
Intellectual Game “Styvovat” was created in 2001 as a national analogue of the games “What? Where? When?” and Brain-Ring for Uzbekistan. The game already has a 20-year story. There are school and student leagues. It is played both at an amateur level and at professional.
At the beginning of 2021, the Mass Media Fund decided to take the Ledovat project under its guardianship.
Zakovat today is not just a club or a game, it is an international intellectual movement. In 2023, the number of permanent members of the Zakovat movement increased by 500 thousand. More than 7,000 games were held in which 156,250 teams and about 1,150,000 experts took part. The number of questions asked exceeded 15,000.
Zakovat expanded its boundaries and went beyond Uzbekistan. Today, under the name Zakovat, dozens of international competitions have been held in London, Astana, Almaty, Dushanbe, Berlin, therefore, Zakovat can rightly be talking about an international phenomenon.
Kazakhstanis, who participated in a number of international competitions held in Tashkent, took Zakovat’s game with great interest and began to popularize it in their country.
As a result of this, in just a few months, Kazakhstan has become a country that has accepted the largest number of Zakovat of the international level. Under the auspices of Zakovat there was a number of prestigious international competitions, such as Astana Open and II Open Asian Championship. All of them became sites for strengthening mutual friendly relations between intellectuals of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
On August 3-4, another prestigious competition will be held in the city of Almaty – Asian 2024, and on August 5, the Asian Cup Zakovat will be held in Astana, which will meet the national teams of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
It is expected that many School -soldiers and other fans will come to the competition to support the national teams of their countries.
