Many settlements in Armenia are supervised by the Azerbaijani military, said Armen Khachatryan, Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Defense Commission of the Parliamentary Defense Commission of Armenia.

“If a full -scale war begins in such conditions of the military balance, then Armenia will be extremely severe consequences,” Khachatryan emphasized.
