Yerevan is ready for the opening of borders and the establishment of diplomatic agents with Ankara without preconditions, said Armenia President Vaagn Khachaturian at a meeting with young deputies of the OSCE PA, Armenian media write.
Khachaturian said that “such an opportunity was 13 years ago, but he did not give the process.”
According to him, Yerevan is also ready to establish peace in the South Caucasus: “There is no alternative to this,” the President of Armenia emphasized.
