Official Baku hopes to activate in the summer of discussions with Moscow on the demarcation of Azerbaijani-Russian border, stated the deputy head of Azerbaijani MFA Khalaf Khalafov, transfers Interfax Azerbaijan.
“The process of demarcation of Azerbaijani-Russian continues. Last year, in connection with the pandemic, some events had to postpone. We hope that this year, in the summer months in this direction we will increase activity,” said Khalafov to journalists on Sunday.
The last meeting of the joint Azerbaijani-Russian demarcation commission took place on November 27-29, 2019 in Moscow. Baku calculates over the next 2-3 years to complete the process of demarcation of the border with the Russian Federation.
