Iran’s special spiritual court sentenced the Supreme Leader of Iran Ali Hameni Faride Moradhani to 15 years in prison, her lawyer Mohammad Hossein Agashi said on Twitter.
According to him, the spiritual court does not have jurisdiction against Moradhani’s accusations. The lawyer also noted that the court did not accept his idea, since he is not a spiritual person.
It was previously reported that the human rights activist Moradhani was arrested and taken to prison on November 23, when she was traveling to the prosecutor’s office.
