Ukraine plans to submit a lawsuit against the European Union in the coming days due to the refusal of Poland to increase the number of shipping permits for Kiev in 2022, reports TASS with reference to the statement of Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Taras Kachka.
“Since the decision of the Polish side contradicts the free trade zone agreement, it will be a reason for the claim in the coming days of Ukraine against the EU,” said Deputy Minister.
According to him, the decision of the Polish side harms trade not only Ukrainian, but also European companies.
Earlier, Poland agreed to give Ukraine 160 thousand permits for cargo transportation next year, but Kiev wants to increase their number to 200 thousand.
