In Baku, a preliminary meeting was held in the criminal case of the 41-year-old Yadigar Jafarov, accused of the cruel murder of his wife on July 8, 2021 in the village of Bina. This is reported by the correspondent haqqin.az from the courtroom.
During the process, the questionnaires of the accused were refined. Consideration of the case appointed on February 2.
Recall that last year in the territory of the “dairy state farm” in the village of Bina 41-year-old Yadigar Jafarov on the soil of jealousy killed his wife to Elnara Musaev, causing 22 strikes with a knife. By committing a murder, I.Djafarov tried to commit suicide, but the doctors managed to save his life.
In fact, a criminal case under Article 120.1 of the Criminal Code (Intentional Murder) was established in the Khazar district prosecutor’s office.
