On the fact of an intentional murder on January 17, 2021, a resident of Piralllahinsky district of Baku Laly Ramazanova was a criminal case on the relevant articles of the Criminal Code
As reported by Haqqın.az in the Prosecutor General’s Office, the consequence of the reasonable suspicions are that the familiar injured Telman Movsumzade inflicted her knife wound in the throat, and then drove the body in the courtyard at home to hide the perfect crime.
T. Omtsumzade was brought as accused under articles 120.2.2 (intentional murder committed from hooligan motives) and 120.2.4 (intentional murder committed with a special cruelty or hackneyment) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, in its respecting the court decision Preventive measure in the form of detention.
Currently, the investigation in the criminal case is completed and sent to the Baku Court for grave crimes.
