Killer of Patriotic War veteran was sent to jail for 9 years

In the Baku Court of Crime, the trial in the criminal case of a resident of Baku Ali Musaev, who in November last year, was completed due to verbal skirmish in Tiktok, killed the veteran of the Patriotic War of Lieutenant Natika Ramazanov.

According to haqqin.az, today the verdict was read out at the hearing, according to which Musaev received 9 years in prison.

Note that the tragic incident occurred in November last year. During the investigation, it was found that N. Ramazanov, due to the words written by him in Tik-Tok, had a verbal conflict with a resident of Baku Ali Musaev. Men agreed to meet and understand Karaev Avenue. During the conversation, a verbal skirmish occurred between them, as a result of which A. Musaev hit N. Ramazanov with a knife. The latter died on the way to the hospital. A criminal case was opened in the prosecutor’s office of the Nizaminsky district under Article 126.3 (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm that entailed by negligence of the death of the victim) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.

Natig Ramazanov volunteered for the Patriotic War, participated in the battles for the liberation of Hadrut, Fizuli and Dzhebrail.
