Azerbaijan with all members of the organization of a collective security treaty relationship is better than Armenia. According to the Armenian media, the ex-president of Armenia Robert Kocharian said to journalists at a press conference.
According to Kocharyan, “this may seem surprising, but almost with all countries (Russia is fine here) – with Belarus, with Kazakhstan, with Kyrgyzstan – with all” Azerbaijan has a good relationship.
Ex-president noted that the Armenian authorities had to raise relations with these countries to a completely different level, adding that during his reign was a unheard of business, so Belarus votes against Armenia.
