Former President of Armenia Robert Kocharian filed a lawsuit against the Prime Minister of the country Nikola Pashinyan, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the judicial information site datalex.am.
According to the publication, the defendant, except Pashinian, is also the Republic of Armenia. The consideration of the case is entrusted with the judge Arthur Mkrtchyan.
“Claim requirement – confirmation of the fact of violation of the claimant’s right to a fair trial, compensation for intangible damage caused by such a violation,” the report says.
The site of judicial and legal information is reported that Kocharyan demands to oblige Pashinian publicly refute some applications for the ex-president and pay compensation in the amount of 4 million drams (about 8 thousand dollars).
