Former President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan said that he would take part in early elections to the National Assembly at the head of the Party Block. He said about this on the ether of the “Posner” program, reports TASS.
Extraordinary elections to the Armenian Parliament are scheduled for June 20. The ex-president has recently said repeatedly that if the elections take place, he will take part in them. However, he did not explain the participation format.
Kocharyan reminded that he was 10 years old at the head of state, but is non-partisan.
“I will participate at the head of the block of parties, most likely it will be two parties,” said the former president.
Kocharyan did not specify which parties will create a block to participate in extraordinary elections. In the Armenian press, rumors are mutated that one of these parties may be ARF “Dashnaktsutun”.
