Recently, in order to prevent violations of antimonopoly legislation in the mobile phone market, the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Supervision of the Consumer Market under the Ministry of Economics began an investigation into the activities of companies engaged in the sale of mobile phones in Azerbaijan.
As part of the investigation, the Kontakt Home chain of stores presented the necessary documents and information in accordance with the requirements of the law. As a result of violations and deficiencies in the company’s activities, the public service highly appreciated the official and impeccable work of the company.
