Kosovo special forces entered Serbian enclave

Special Police of Kosovo (partially recognized Republic-ed.) was located in the Serbian municipality of STRPTS, Kommersant reports with reference to the press service of the office for the Affairs of Kosovo and Metokhia under the Government of Serbia.

The message notes that the operation of the Kosovo police began during a large fair on the occasion of the Orthodox holiday. According to the data, the special forces blocked the area, entered the primary school in Brasovitsa and the building of the only television channel in Serbian in the TV HRC area. “Over 30 Rosu fighters entered today early in the morning in STRPTS in full equipment with the goal of newly intimidating the Serbs in this municipality,” the press service said.

It is noted that the reason for the escalation of the conflict between Serbia and Kosovo was the recent decision of the Party authorities from August 1 to September 30 to replace car numbers, previously issued in Serbia for cities in the north of Kosovo.
