Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday will hold an operational meeting with permanent members of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, the press secretary of the head of the Russian state Dmitry Peskov said.
“In the afternoon, the president plans to hold an operational meeting with constant members of the Security Council, our Security Council,” said Peskov.
