Kremlin declared initiative of Anti-Russian

Moscow estimates the Summit of the Crimean Platform in Ukraine as unfriendly in relation to Russia. This was stated by journalists a press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Sadkov, answering a request to comment on the event.

“We treat this event as extremely unfriendly in relation to our country. We categorically accept similar approvals with respect to the Russian region, in relation to the Crimea. In this regard, the attitude is absolutely unambiguous – we treat as an anti-Russian event,” said Representative of the Kremlin, whom TASS quotes.

The Agency reminds that in September 2020, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, speaking at the UN General Assembly, voiced the plan for the creation of the Crimean Platform. According to the plan of Kiev, it should become a platform “to coordinate international efforts to return the Crimea to the composition of Ukraine.”

Summit takes place in Kiev, representatives of 44 states and international organizations take part in it, including 14 heads of state. On the eve of the telephone conversation of the presidents of Turkey and Ukraine, Regep Tayyip Erdogan noted that Turkey from the first days of initiation of the Crimean platform supported and will continue to maintain her work.
