Kremlin: Main Impact Of Russia In Negotiations In Ukraine Are United States

The Kremlin considers the United States to be its main “visa” in negotiations about the world with Ukraine.

This was in an interview with the first channel by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.

He added that Kyiv one way or another will definitely participate in the regulation negotiations, but there will be a “bilateral Russian-American track”.

“Washington is our main effect in this process,” said the Kremlin representative.

According to him, the presidents of Russia and the USA during their telephone conversation did not discuss the possible participation of Europe in negotiations about the world.

“This was not discussed in any way and European affairs were not touched on yesterday’s conversation. Rather, it would be necessary to talk with Washington here to somehow stake their place,” Dmitry Peskov said.
