The order of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin of the Russian army not to strike at the Ukrainian energy infrastructure is still valid. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
“The order of the Supreme Commander -in -Chief is valid, and the Russian armed forces are currently abstained from blows on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine in accordance with the agreement that has been reached between the United States and Russia,” said the representative of the Kremlin, the words of the Russian media.
At the same time, Peskov expressed doubt how much it was possible to trust the words of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and his team, drawing attention to Ukrainian attacks on objects of Russian energy infrastructure.
“The actions of the Kyiv regime are well known to everyone from numerous media reports. The personnel are published and the personnel are published,” said the Kremlin representative.
“Therefore, everyone can see how much you can trust the word of Zelensky and the word of other representatives of the Kyiv regime. By the way, what we have repeatedly warned our interlocutors,” he said.
“This information is more than eloquent about how much you can believe the word Zelensky and members of his team,” added a spokesman for the President of the Russian Federation.
The Kremlin representative also emphasized that the agreement that the Russian Federation and Ukraine will not attack a number of objects for 30 days, so far only applies to energy infrastructure.
“We are talking about the suspension of blows. President Putin gave the command to suspend blows to the objects of energy infrastructure,” he recalled.
Speaking about the participants of the consultations of the Russian Federation and the USA planned for Monday in Saudi Arabia, Peskov said that the President of the Russian Federation personally selected candidates for these negotiations.
“these are experienced negotiators with rich experience of such work. This is the choice of the President of the Russian Federation, and they will best represent Russia in these negotiations,” he said.
Peskov also attracted attention to the desire of Western politicians to militarize Europe.
“In public, European leaders show another person and other eyes. Their eyes are now full, at least in a public plane, the desire to militarize Europe at all costs and no matter how much it would do,” the Kremlin spokesman explained.
“The militarization of Europe is a very, very dangerous tendency, of course, it does not in any way bring us closer to the discharge or the restoration of the sphere of mutual trust, does not add security to Europe,” Peskov noted.
According to him, “it is obvious that many Europeans do not like it.” But they all follow, almost everyone follows this mainstream, “he added.
