The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrel, despite the position, is not an apologist for diplomatic settlement, he is prone to power methods, said the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.
“In general, we know that Mr. Borrel – he is not an apologist for diplomatic methods of resolving problems, despite the position that he occupies. And he, including publicly, on an ongoing basis demonstrates a tendency to power methods”, – quotes Peskova RIA Novosti.
Earlier, Borrel said that the situation in Europe against the field of security against the backdrop of a war in Ukraine indicates the need to create a joint European armed forces.
