So the official representative of the Kremlin Dmitry Peskov commented on the words of the Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba about the formula of the world, according to which negotiations should be held to resolve the Ukrainian conflict.

“For us, some rules that we must follow, which will be developed by someone else,” said Peskov, whose words are given by Russian media.

The Kremlin representative noted that the statement of the Foreign Minister of Ukraine “absolutely contradicts the codified prohibition for the President of Ukraine to negotiate with Russia.”

“Otherwise, of course, it is better that my colleagues from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs commented on this,” he added.

The Foreign Minister of Ukraine allowed the possibility of discussing with Russia to settle the conflict in the framework of the potential second and third peace summit in Switzerland.

Kuleba noted that the Ukrainian “Formula of the World” is a “menu”, which lists all the main problems after the start of the conflict with the Russian Federation.
