Russia is now in a difficult situation due to an economic war, said spokesman for Russian President Dmitry Peskov in an interview with TASS.
“The situation is not easy, it can rather be characterized as difficult in terms of this unprecedented economic war. But there is no thin without good. This situation pushes us and the countries friendly to the search for new ways of interaction, new mechanisms of interaction, new mechanisms of financial mutual settlements”, – emphasized Peskov.
According to Peskov, now “inevitably weakens the role of reserve currencies”, in addition, states “lose trust in legal, financial systems.” Peskov noted that “reasonable investors” began to put eggs in different baskets, ”realizing that there are threats of loss of money invested in a particular country or object.
