“Personal sanctions of the West will not make addressees to abandon their position, including the support of Russian President Vladimir Putin.” Such an opinion expressed a press secretary of the head of the Russian state Dmitry Peskov, reports “Interfax”.

According to him, the sanctions cannot be successful, as they intend to associate addressees to abandon the support of the president.
