Western countries every day are more and more involved in conflict in Ukraine. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov in an interview with the program “Moscow. Kremlin. Putin”, TASS reports.
“It is difficult to say where the limit, in theory, should dictate the mind to the countries of the collective West, but, unfortunately, this does not happen. It is obvious that the degree of direct and indirect involvement of the countries of the collective West into this conflict is growing every day”, he said in response to the question of where the escalation limit is. A representative of the Kremlin was asked about this in the context of new supplies of weapons to Kyiv.
“This can stretch the conflict in time, but this cannot change the situation fundamentally. It cannot change the situation at all,” Peskov emphasized.
According to him, Russia will continue the “special military operation”, and “one way or another will provide its interests and achieve the fulfillment of the stated tasks.”
