Kremlin: withdrawal of Russian troops from Kiev region is a gesture of goodwill

The withdrawal of Russian troops from under Kyiv is a gesture of goodwill, a spokesman for the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov reported on April 6, Russian media reported.

According to him, this goodwill gesture is needed to create conditions for the negotiations of Moscow and Kyiv, so that they led to serious solutions.

Peskov noted that Moscow expects to obtain the consent of President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky on the extended conditions, which will complete the Russian special operation in Ukraine.
