The Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba denied the statement that Kyiv is supposedly preparing to apply a “dirty bomb”, Ukrainian media write.
“Russia’s lies about allegedly Ukrainian plans to apply a” dirty bomb “as absurd as dangerous. Firstly, we do not have any” dirty bombs “and do not plan to have them. Secondly, Russians often accuse others of that of that they plan themselves, ”he said.
