The war in Ukraine will last at least another year and will depend, first of all, on the qualitative and quantitative assistance of the West in the form of weapons and financial loans, such an opinion was expressed by the former special representative of the United States on Ukraine’s affairs, Kurt Walker in an interview with TSN journalists.
For objective reasons, the war will continue until the summer of 2023. Walker emphasized that the complexity of the situation is aggravated by an energy crisis in Europe.
“We need to understand that very difficult times are waiting for us ahead … We must prepare that it will be difficult after the winter, because the next stage of hostilities will begin. The war will continue next year and in the spring and summer,” the American diplomat said.
He assured that, for his part, the United States will continue to provide all the necessary assistance to Ukraine – both military and economic and humanitarian.
