The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba, commenting on Italy’s plan in Ukraine, said that Kyiv welcomes any plans that do not include the creation of contact lines and concessions, the rest can be discussed.
The La Repubblica Roman newspaper last week reported that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Italy Luigi di Mayo transferred the UN Secretary General Antoniu Gutherresh a plan of peaceful settlement in Ukraine out of four points. It provides for the ceasefire, the neutrality of Ukraine with international guarantees and the process of entering the EU, the development of a bilateral agreement between Kyiv and Moscow on territorial issues, as well as the signing of a new multilateral security agreement in Europe, writes TASS.
