In the city of Taraz (Kazakhstan), the first Kyrgyz-Kazakh Interregional Forum was held.
The event was attended by the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov and the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov
The heads of government noted that this forum will be a dialogue platform for the development of interregional cooperation.
As part of the forum, a memorandum of the establishment of scuboimic relations between the apparatus of the plenipotentiary of the President of Kyrgyzstan in the Jalal-Abad region and the akimiat of the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan, as well as the memorandum of the city of Osh of the Kyrgyz Republic and the city of Shymkent of the Republic of Kazakhstan, were signed. At the first inter-regional forum between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, a business diagnosis was held between entrepreneurs of the two countries, bilateral commercial agreements were signed for more than 60 million US dollars.
