In the Kyrgyz city of Osh, a meeting of the working groups of government delegations of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan on the work of the joint demarcation commission took place. This is reported by the Kyrgyz media
Negotiations were held from 4 to 8 March.
The results of work for 2023 were summed up, the schedule of meetings for 2024 was approved, the issues of demarcation of the state border, the creation of demarcation maps and a special (general) geodetic network were discussed.
According to the results of the events, the corresponding protocol was signed.
The next meeting of working groups will be held in Uzbekistan.
