Kyrgyzstan: case was opened on fact of torture musician: if torturers do not punish in Kazakhstan

In Kyrgyzstan, a criminal case was opened on the fact of Torture of Musician Vicharma Ruzakhununov in Kazakhstan, writes Sputnik Kazakhstan.

The case opened the prosecutor of the Leninsky district of Bishkek, said the lawyer Nurbek Toktakunov.

“This means that paragraph 6 of CO. 51 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic begins to work, that the state protects its citizens and beyond the country. If Kazakhstani authorities do not punish Timsk-Vikram, then our authorities will have to find and punish them,” the lawyer explained Musician.

He noted that the Kazakhstani Agency for Anti-Corruption is also beginning to investigate “this atrocity”: “Now it all depends on the interaction of Kazakh and Kyrgyz law enforcement bodies in the framework of the Chisinau Cooperation Agreements.”
